SERVICE YEARS AWARD

In the context of continuous developing of employees and giving appreciation for their work performance, in order to encourage employees to work harder and potentially; the company gave several awards, including the service excellence award, the best employees award, the best team award, service years award and other awards.

One of the awards given by PT Hyundai Elevator Indonesia to its employees is to give awards because of their work period and service, to be used as role models for other employees. Awarding because the work period of the employee aims to motivate employee passion and loyalty towards the company.

One time in a year, the service years award is given to employees who have worked for at least 5 years.
