TEAM BUILDING

Humans are social well-beings where we are created to need each other and interact with each other. In a company there is a need for teamwork (team building), namely the process that needs to be done by team members to help each other so that the goals of the company can be realized.

With team building, team interaction and communication will be formed so that there is no miscommunication that can hinder the realization of team and company goals.

Realizing the importance of this, every year PT Hyundai Elevator Indonesia conducts various team building activities to build a solid company, including New Year Gathering, Halal Bihalal, End Year Gathering, Team Gathering (such as Team Dinner, Team Traveling, Breakfasting Together, etc.), Competition on special days (such as Independence Day, Youth Pledge Day, Kartini Day, etc.) and Sports Activities (such as Futsal).
